CASES OF NOUNS
All nouns in Ukrainian change their endings depending on their function in the sentence.
There are seven cases in Ukrainian:
Nominative
Genitive
Dative
Accusative
Instrumental
Locative
Vocative
NOMINATIVE CASE
The Nominative case is the basic form of the noun, the same way the word is presented in the dictionary.
The noun in the Nominative case indicates an object or a person. The main function of the Nominative case in a sentence is that of the subject.

Комп'ютер там.
