This is an example of an utterance that is completely different in the standard written language than it is in spoken Cantonese. If read aloud, the question is pronounced *nah sih shanmo*. This is literally 'that is what?' and its spoken Cantonese counterpart is *gogo haih matyeh*. Note that the written form allows (though rarely so) the classifier to be deleted where spoken Cantonese does not.
